What we collect

Contact details, city/service area, desired roles, job-related experience, skills, languages, availability, shift preferences, desired pay, start date and, optionally, your resume (PDF or DOCX).

We never ask for Social Security numbers, banking details, medical information or identity documents through this portal. Please do not include them in your resume.

How we use it

TempCrew recruiters review your profile to match you with hospitality positions. Staff may use internal software tools, including AI-assisted summaries, to organize job-related information; a person always reviews and decides. Decisions are never made automatically.

When we share it

Only if you consent to sharing, and only when a TempCrew recruiter explicitly selects you for a specific employer's request. That employer sees only the job-related fields chosen for that request (and your resume if shared). Employers never see the full talent pool or our internal notes.

Your choices

You can update your profile, withdraw applications, change your sharing consent, or delete your resume at any time from your portal. To request full deletion, contact TempCrew.
